Removal of all .svn Directories and Files

Yeterday I was looking out for a quick clean solution to removal of the .SVN directories from one of my projects. Its difficult to have the complete sub directories cleaned up.
Then I found an easy solution(for Windows):
1. Create a file named “cleanup.cmd” and type the below as it is :

for /f “tokens=* delims=” %%i in (‘dir /s /b /a:d *svn’) do ( rd /s /q “%%i” )

2. Now place this file in the directory you want to clean.
3. Double Click and you are done.

In case of Linux its a bit easy. In command line just type the following:
find . -type d -name ‘.svn’ -print0 | xargs -0 rm -rdf
